You really need to appeal this decision - a lot of decisions like this are reversed on appeal. But you should get expert help with your appeal. I don't know whereabouts in the country you are, but Action for Blind People have welfare advisers and you can find the nearest office to you at www.actionforblindpeople.org.uk Alternatively your local RNIB office or your local society for the blind. Did your eye specialist's letter say that you could only wear your lens for two hours a day? If it didn't, then do go back to the hospital and ask them for a letter that explains that as well.
Though on the subject of lenses, it sounds as though the lens you've got is a small rgp one. Has the hospital you go to ever tried a scleral lens for you? That's a big lens which covers the whole eye so you wouldn't have the problem of the lens falling off.
There's quite a few different types of lens for KC these days. If you e-mail me at anne@keratoconus-group.org.uk I can send you more information.

From all you say it sounds crazy that your benefit was stopped. I do hope Action will be able to help you. Let us know how you get on.

A letter from your MP should certainly help.
All the best with this.
