Hi All
Great to see the forum back up and running
Today I am having a bad eye day. i have got tired, stingy, red looking eyes, you know the sort. I am visiting my parents at the moment so i suspect this perfumed hand soap may be the culprit....
I have popped out to the chemist and got come carbomer gel. I am hoping that glasses and carbomer will sort me out.
I just wondered, apart from taking contacts out, what are your guys tips for dealing with bad eye days. What do you do? What products , eye drops etc help your red eyes?
Thanks

Re: Bad Eye Day Tips
I just use Sno* Tears
Rinse and repeat all day. Seems to work most of the time.
I get them from the Dr on repeat script.
I also carry an old Sno* Tears bottle with a saline solution in as well

Re: Bad Eye Day Tips
Leaving the lenses out is usually the best way, although that isn't always practicable when you need to see what you are doing. So some sort of comfort drops can help. At least you know what triggered the bad eye day so you can avoid the soap in future.
My bad eye days are usually due to overwear. I can wear my lenses 15 hours a day quite happily but a late night can really reduce the wearing time a few days later.

Re: Bad Eye Day Tips
Thanks for the tips guys
I am having some new glasses made at the moment. The first pair they couldn't make due to lens thickness and the frames, eek!!
I do like the ability to rest my eyes with a good glasses prescription
I will try sno* tears .
