change screen name
Please could you let me know if there is a way to change my screen name. It doesnt seem to let me change that through the control panel

Hi there,
It is a bit buried in the control panel, but it is there...
Click on "User Control Panel" (above), then on the "Profile" tab; finally, the "Edit Account Settings" option on the left.
There you can change your screen name or your password.

Hi John I have tried this and it still will not let me change my username. It is showing my username in bold black and I am unable to change it.
