:D

The good thing about vacancies for the job of Doctor Who is that whenever one had been filled you know that there will be another along in a little while. Intriguing as the prospect of Fern B as Dr Who certainly is, I'll support the campaign for Lou as Doctor Who!

YAY thanks Andrew! :D
So the KC group could write to the BBC!
It was actually someone at Mind who said I'd make a good Dr Who, so I asked her if Mind would formally support me and she said she'd get onto their Policy and Campaign heads!

do they still have The Rani popping up on Dr Who?
If not, they should! I vote for a campaign to bring her back.
If so ..... who is playing her now and is she still so wonderful?
In case our regular readers don't know who I'm talking about....
she is (or was) a stunningly beautiful and very evil female Time Lord.
At one stage, she was in league with The Master (he's GOT to be around still!) - though seeing how much they were arguing as they disappeared into the distance having been trounced by the Dr at the end of the series, I think not too amorous a relationship.
The skin-tight shiny silver lycra leggings suited her too.
This was a few years ago.....

Rosemary

I have some bad news for you; you had better sit down.

During the Time Wars, the Daleks wiped out every Time Lord there had ever been, with the exception of the Doctor and the Master. The doctor has since been cloned and his daughter (I know, but it's a Gallifreyan thing) is out somewhere exploring the Universe.

No more Rani, no more anybody who was a Time Lord except the doctor and the Master.

You had better have a cup of tea to recover from the shock.

That's a great shame - apart from the Rani (who I@m sure we might yet find has escaped if the Master did), there used to be some good plot lines involving the assembled nobility of Gallifrey.
