Can you answer this question for me which would be useful for my activities as a mental health activist, are you aware of ocular problems, corneal or other relating to antipsychotic medication? Apparently the makers of Quetiapine recommend bi-annual screening and there might be a greater risk with these group of drugs of corneal/lens opacities and cataracts. I'd like to know what you've seen in practise. Also of any other visual effects you know of.
Thanks
Lou

Louise, Andrew
I did see this originally and meant to answer... I have not personally seen any case related to this issue and was trying to think of anyone who had. Its one of these things that is reported but is not actually seen that commonly in optometric practice. It may well be seen more in eye clinics.
Louise, do you know of cases of this then?
