One thing we are trying to do is expand the West Mids group to a Midlands group. This is beacuse we have people from all over the Midlands attending.
I am trying to get the Hospital in Coventry interested which is halfway between Leicester and Birmingham. Eventual aim to get Leicester and Nottingham involved and rotate the the venue. Then as the group gets larger we could go for Birmingham, Nottingham, Leicester and Coventry and so on localised groups with big meets where we all come together.
There are a few in Leicester that come to the West Mids meet, we will have to get all you ladies together to car share.

Hi everyone
The mail shot has now been sent out and i can say that there seems to be a good response so far, i am confident that in time this will be a good strong group, and with good support i am sure it will become a valuable resource for KCers in the Manchester and Northwest areas.
Just to remind everyone that i would appreciate confirmation of attendance to give me an idea of numbers of people so that i can make sure that the hospital has provided a big enough room for us all.
Looking forward to seeing you all at the meet
best wishes

Hi to everyone in the Manchester /Northwest area.
just to remind you all that the first meeting of the MCR/NW Group is looming, 14th June, there has been a good response so far which is great as the more people that can attend the more successful a group that can be made available to us all.
It is even better that we are able to hold the meetings at the Manchester Royal Eye hospital, as over time we as a group and the hospital should be able to work hand in hand with each other and prove equally excellent resources for each other, so lets all really get behind this group and make it one of the most successful partnerships on offer for KC in the country.
This is our group , and only we can make it work.
best wishes to you all and look forward to seeing you at the meet.
