I wonder if any of the range of daylight lamps would help you at work (and maybe at home too) I use "daylight" bulbs all the time as it replicates natural daylight. They are readily available from the RNIB or most craft shops as people also use them for handicrafts.
There is a great range available from the "Daylight Company " website
I find it really helps me at work when doing paperwork. You can also use the bulbs in ordinary lamps or lights.

I have continued to struggle on over the holidays not feeling great at all. My eye has been pretty irritable on and off which has made me a miserable moody cow. I'm thinking of popping into casualty tomorrow to get things checked out. I don't think it's any thing major, I have convinced myself that this stitch needs to come out and that I won't feel any better until it does.
I've also been extremely tired and have had a rash up the back of my neck, only at one side. I feel a physical and mental wreck. What a way to start the year!
