The last paragraph is courtesy of the government who have finally acknowledged my request and declassified some work I did for them when they sponserd my final year at Uni :D

Just one peice left to be declassified but with recent events well publicised in yesterdays news, this may well be a while longer!

I always use saline [Superdrug is cheap] to rinse my lens. I also wash out the case with saline, dry it, then fill it with Boston soaking solution.
When I take my lens out at night I put it straight into the case then clean it in the morning before I put it in.
Prefer hypromellose for lens insertion
