Password changing

Postby Stace234 » Wed 05 Apr 2006 2:30 pm

i can't seem to change my password at all.

When i try and change it on my profile it seems ok but when i log in it still wants my old password not accepting the new one.

Do i need to shut down the computer before the new password comes into action or does it just take a while?

Hi Stace,

No, it should work straight away.

Click on the "Profile" button at the top of the screen.

To change your password, you then need to fill in THREE password boxes...

1) Your old password
2) Your new password
3) Your new password again

Let me know if that doesn't work.
