Calling members in Scotland

Postby Anne Klepacz » Tue 03 Apr 2012 10:21 am

Sight Village is a big exhibition where you can find the latest in visual aids, from simple magnifiers to the latest software to make working at your PC easier. RNIB and other sight charities also have stands at Sight Village. It's on in Glasgow and Edinburgh this month and well worth a visit. Edinburgh on 24th April at the Hilton Grosvenor, Grosvenor Street, Haymarket and Glasgow on 25th April at the Marriott Hotel, 500 Argyle Street, Anderton, Glasgow.

I've often gone to Sight village and it has been very good. Unfortunately it is during the week and daytime when I'm working so I wont be able to go this year.

I will try to go along. I have been lousy at going to the Scottish meetings as I am in the Navy and usuallly away, but I am actually around for a change.

I have changed my flag to a Scottish one as I have now officially lived in Scotland for longer than England. Is is OK to be an affinity Scot?

Anyone who lives here, has ever visited or even likes looking at pictures of Scotland is welcome to call themselves a Scot! :D
