Next Scottish group meeting.

Postby Elizabeth Mair » Fri 31 Mar 2006 10:31 am

This will be on the 13th May at 2.30 pm in the Chaplaincy centre at Strathclyde University, Glasgow.(near George Square) - map on another posting

We hope to show a DVD on the last conference and have a social time. It would be good to see lots of people there, and to meet all the new people. Elizabeth

I hope to attend for the first time to the upcoming meeting. Unfortunately, I have an exam on the Monday, and may not be able to attend, but I am hopeful I will!

re contacting Scottish group members

Postby Elizabeth Mair » Wed 19 Apr 2006 10:56 am

Andrew,
I hope to contact people living near Glasgow who don't have an e-mail address by snail mail, before the next Scottish meeting.
If anybody out there living in Scotland hasn't sent me their e-mail address please send it to me, because the Scottish group shares a lot by e-mail.Send me a PM rather than put your address on the website. Elizabeth

re meeting 23rd june 07

Postby Elizabeth Mair » Thu 28 Jun 2007 8:46 am

The Scottish group meting on the 23rd June went well although our numbers were lower than usual. We had a speaker from Concept Northern, a company that supplies software and equipment to people who have special needs. We got hands on access to the equipment and software programmes.
We hope to have the next meeting in September.I'm waiting for Scottish group members to give me ideas for the nextt speaker. Until then I hope everybody has a lovely summer.
