why can not I access the Professionals' Place? I may not be a professional
but nothing should be hidden.

No argument from me, there, my friend.

I think the professional area just grew out of an interest expressed by some of the optometrists who post here. I don't have access to it, but I understand that it is an idea that never really took off.

My own preference would be to have the zone closed altogether; others might prefer it to remain and to have universal access to it.
