This is a new feature which allows you to hide posts from someone.
Simply visit the user's profile (by clicking on their name) and then click on "Add foe".
Posts from that user will now be hidden (and can be viewed only by clicking on the "hidden post" link). PM's from that user will show up with a black border.
You can stop someone from being a "foe" in the User Control Panel, accessible from the top of every page.
