When does it Stop?

At what age dose KC progression usually stop?? 
Hate to say this.......
it doesn't.
At least, it doesn't "generally" stop at a particular age.
SOme people find they get a stable period starting late 20s, or in their 30s, or at about 40.
Some have a stable period and then it starts deteriorating again.
SOme people never find it stabilising.
SOme lucky folks never have it developing beyond the point at which they were diagnosed.
