Collagen Cross Linking second time

I have few questions regarding CXL:
a) Can somebody undergo CXL operation second time, after 2 years of
undergoing the operation first time?
b) Will there be any issues if CXL is done again after 2 yrs of doing
it first time? Are they risks of doing that?
c) Will rgp contact lens help in controlling cylindrical power?
The reason I am asking for second time crosslinking operation is because my first time operation did not stopped my KC progression.
