Anyone following the Paralympics. Great first day well done to all the athletes from all countries great to see the abilities they all all have.

I've been absolutely transfixed: it is good to see paralympics at the heart of the olympic experience!

I refused to watch it on principle because it was sponsored by an IT company removing disability benefits from disabled people with impunity and many of the athletes would have themselves benefited from state support so should have protested before or at the event. Sorry, I take a hardline view of this because disability hate crime is much higher because of political hatred and propaganda against disabled people delivered to us via a willing media. The cause and effect is clear
