Whimsical?

Is this the way it is going to be with Ms Tate? I hope not.

It gets better as it goes on, and by all accounts the season finale is a biggie.

That and Rose is back 8) 8) 8)

# 3 was still not up to scratch. What has gone wrong, Mr Davies?

I agree. Dispointing series. Waste of David Tennant's considerable talent. Poor man; imagine being g remembered as the best actor to play Dr. Who with the worst scripts. Still, at least he got an excursion to Rome.

Slightly grudgingly this, but that wasn't so bad.

I have to admit I am enjoying this series. It makes a change not to have the good Doctor's assistants falling in love with him and I do like the humour. Catherine Tate has surprised me especially as I wasn't overly impressed when she was in the Christmas special.

Nice to see the Sontarans back and without any modifications it would seem.

Getting better; but it took its own sweet time about it! Next week looks like it will be worth watching. Does anybody know when the episodes are repeated?

Andrew,

If you have digital it is repeated tomorrow at 8pm on BBC3.

Enjoyed tonight's episode, next week's looks interesting after all when he started, back when we were all black and white, he had a grandaughter so it stands to reason he must have had a daughter at some point.

Yes, but if his daughter is still alive, and the Master did not perish in the 'time wars' what happened to the story line that had the Doctor as the last of the Timelords?

Anyhow, a daughter for the doctor is an interesting plot development. I remember the Doctor's 'granddaughter' (some of us are really as old as that), she was the one who kept William Hartnell's doctor from seeming malevolent. with his granddaughter in tow, he was just bad tempered.
