Kathryn Dawn was in Glasgow last night for the first concert of her "watershed" world tour. What an evening; what a voice!
I bought the album on iTunes. she draws on all her influences: country, cabaret, gospel, rock and jazz and produces a performance that is simply amazing!

edit (Sunday, February 3): To add to the k.d.lang concert, my wife and I went to see Bill Wyman and the Rhythm Kings last night (Saturday, February 2). I am utterly speechless!
