Yes, rather good, isn't it? :D

Less good news (unless your name is D. Tennant) is that Doctor Who will be "rested" in 2009. Mr. Tennant is "unavailable" then, and the BBC are rewarding his popularity by allowing him to film only three "special" episodes for transmission in 2009. Doctor Who will definately return in 2010, but there is the increasing possibility that Mr. Tennant won't be at the TARDIS controls at the time.

Fans can rest assured though that the 2008 series is well into production now, and we'll have David's Doctor with (IMHO the Ghastly) Donna - and some more of Martha next year.

So at least it's not all Doom & Gloom.

And we will have more of Martha in Torchwood, also in production and to return early next year
