The Stratford On Avon incident...

Postby piper » Fri 27 Jul 2007 12:14 pm

Some of us across the pond are curious about the recent UFO sightings at Stratford On Avon. Can anyone fill me in a bit as to the current thinking, official and non-official, about what this may have been? thanks, Piper

People in the area are more concerned with flooding in surrounding areas.

UFO's welocme provided they take the excess water away.

Anyone remeber the Sci-fi series V where reptiles came to the planet and started stealing all our water and eating the general population?

I remember the Visitors putting their heads back and necking a nice snack... Mice seemed to be their favourites - yum!

Yes, That was my "O" level year - not much last-minute revision going on with "V" on at 10.30 each night!

Yes, I remember 'V'. Quite enjoyed it too.
It has recently been repeated on the SciFi channel but I just couldn't get enthused about it this time round, maybe I'll try again next time it's on.

Used to love V, especially when the left there eyes in jars when removing their disguises.

Had that guy from Midnight Caller in it, can never remember his name though. That was another good series.
Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.

I missed all the stuff about aliens and Stratford-upon-Avon

I do remember 'V', and I did quite enjoy it, but with all the floods this summer I completely missed any news about alien visitations. Piper, do you know any more? Was it a 'close encounters of the third kind' sort of thing, or the more usual 'loch ness monster' sort of sighting where two people side by side can't agree whether they have seen a UFO or a cloud passing by?
