this is probably the most random question i am ever going to ask but how many posts did you have to make before you become a regular contributor??? thats so random!! anyways!

Can't remember. In the old days the forum was more like using eMail and John had not yet invented the little 'eyes' that mount up to show the increasimg use we make of the forum.

It was also quite hard to follow the strings because there was no way of bundling together the different elements of the forum.

Just noticed this minute. John has been customizing the forum with seasonal cheer!

The chocolholics will really thank him for dangling this temptation in front of them.

You're on the ball - you probably noticed that I'd changed the eyes to eggs in about 10 mins after I actually made the change!

If I remember correctly, you need 25 posts in the General Discussion forum to become a "Regular Contributor".

And Andrew, I need to find a nice large egg for the ambassadors. Problem is that last year we didn't have any "golden eye" members, so I didn't prepare a special egg!

I was just sitting here baffled as to why you had a couple of footballs rather than eyes under your username
