Jeeeeez!
After 11 months; yesterday I have now finished my house!....Was a big project and a complete refurb with building works but I did it!!!
Not sure why Im telling you this lol....but I tell you it feels awesome!; I stood back yesterday looking at it and was dead chuffed!! In this eleven months I have, fired 2 sets of builders and an electrician then gone to building school, trained as a plumber, gone to building school and done the 5 days Domestic Eletrical Installation course and passed the reg exams and Ive done the whole dam thing myself! and got it certified by the reg body! aside from taking out 6 chimneys which went all the way through the house which i called specialists to do.......the rest I did myself!....
I need a large bottle of alcohol and a cigar! But i dont drink or smoke so a diet coke will do!!!
Moral : If you want a job doing do it yourself, and NEVER trust tradesmen!...!!! The amount of problems they cause and create, when things are soo simple is amazing!.....
Ill get some pics up with before and after!...Thats how proud I am lol

Jayuk,
When can you come and do my house?
Hate decorating, as long as I have four walls to keep the roof up and the drafts out I'm happy.
Been in the house 11 years done the hall and stairs (2 1/2 years), daughters bedroom took six months before she was born and she is 7 now. Had been in the house 4 years before that.
Back room done for visitors in the first year and that is your lot!
In return I can service and clean your car, my costs are high, but the standard of work is higher than a main dealer

It was going to be used for patio, front and also car etc.....what do you think of them?...One i was thinking was at Machine Mart its like £90 and goes to 120k PSI......and its adjustable...

We used one on our patio - worked an absolute treat - BUT - be warned, it got back to it's dirty state an awful lot quicker than it ever did before - seems like for some kinds of stone the pressure washer takes the top surface layer off (albeit only minimal) which means you lose the "protection" that the original had.

Jay,
I would go for one of the Kirsche ones, but Machine Mart are good too.
Adjustable pressure are best too so as Pat pointed out, you can take the surface protection of a patio, imaging what it will do to car bodywork.
Don't use one because don't have outside tap and the back pressure on the kitchen tap would mean the Kitchen gets washed too.
Once the snow has gone which I am itching to rant about but still too wound up, I will build the plinth for my ornamental tap surround and have the out door tap fitted.
Will get a pressure washer then.
Plan is before Easter to have redsigned the part of the garden I did not doo 2 years ago, so I can put a car there. Best way to clean a car is to have a wet and dry area and this will give me room.
