hiya all some start to the new year i ended up in hospital again.

my mental health is a pain in the backside.

thats another 3 weeks spent in the hospital again.

i got home today for good solong as im a good boy and take my pills and therapy.

rugby in 2 weeks so its take it easy time.

Rugby is definitly good thing to look forward to.

Good to kn ow your are still OK and there is plenty of fight left in you.

no gareth i have been in hospital for 3 weeks thats why i had not posted there was no internet access in the hospital the pc was broken.

as for the lady friend its going well and its good fun lol.

hi i did like whisky before i havent been to a distilery but it would be good to do.

if it wasnt in perth i may go but its a long bus ride lol.

as for whisky no option now because of medication lol.

but a famous grouse was good before

I was thinking you sound the adventurous type that would enjoy a road trip I found details of recently.

There is a place outside Edinburgh that hires Classic Cars for long weekends to allow enthusiasts like myself to enjoy the twistsy Scotish roads in a classic car and take in the Scotish scenery. The route takes in several distileries in the Strath Spey area and Elgin.

Whisky knocks me out for days for some reason, the mere smell is enough to make me sick, so I make the perfect chauffer for such a trip

There is good eating and apparently a Ardeonaig breakfast is something to die for

Must confess my ignoarance and have know idea what sort of breakfast that must be.

From your posts you seem to be a free spirit that would like sucha trip and would no doubt be able to rattle of some hilareous anecdotes which always makes for a good traveling companion.

I wonder if it is possible to organise a KC holiday?

Memebrs of the group hire out all the cars and go on a blind leading the blind rally across the Scotish back roads

the idea of a holliday does sound good.

id love the idea of a road trip but i have no chance of doing that one as i am unable to drive.

but your right i am a kind of free spirit.

i used to be really timid and shy.

but my mental health issues have made me the opposite.

i am so full of energy infact far to much energy.

my mood is either sky high and no one can touch me im so high.

or im the opposite for days and days i end up suicidal and self harm.

i am not ashamed of it and feel fine talking and sharing my experience.

my doctor said my k.c is a factor of my mental health.

A KC holiday careering around the roads of the highlands and lowlands of Scotland sounds like nothing short of bliss! You drive (blind -ish) I'll navigate (blind - ish) and heaven knows where we might end up - but wouldn't it be fun!

James - you would be fine in the back seat with a seat belt on - have no fear (leave that for the navigator...).

Just you take care of you and your lady now...

yeah that sounds good.

im heading to blackpool at some point in a few months to let my hair down and go to the pleasure beach i love that place.

as for looking after the lady well thats hitting a snag at the moment its difficult because of my health but we are working on it.
the doctors are certain i have manic depression.

and its hard on family and new loves.

harder on myself but i wont give up without a fight.

the holiday would be good even a KC gettogether at a hotel would be good.
