helen, if you have a Macintosh, PM me and I'll walk you through some fixes. If you have a windows PC, then yhou have downloaded some spyware/shopware/key-tracer or something that is basically filling your Hard drive. You can get an INTERNET CLEANER to take out a lot of things, or use one of the Norton applications to flush them out...or take your computer to a shop and pay them to do it.
At first you might try opening Internet Explorer (one of the easiest browsers for hackers to get into)......pull down the menu that lets you empty the cache, and do so.
