Googlewhack

Thought I'd found one with "keratoconic electroplating" (sounds painful  )

Alas, I failed. One result, but non-compliant with the rules.

Can anyone else find a KC-based Googlewhack?

The standard Googlewhack rules:
  • Type any two words into http://www.google.com
  • Look at the results. You have a Googlewhack if:
    • There is exactly one result page
    • That page is not just a "list of words"
    • Both pages are in Google's dictionary. That is: the top right corner of the screen should say "Results 1 - 1 of 1 for xxxx yyyyy" where xxxx and yyyyy are the two words. Both of these words must appear in blue and underlined. If not, it doesn't count.
    • No proper nouns.
    • No quotation marks

To make it just a little more interesting, please make one of the words related to KC.

Finally, please post your results here. We'll allow it as a Googlewhack if only your original result and the report of your finding appear on Google.

Thanks to Matthew for the idea.

I don't understand the rules of this game.

I typed in "wapenshaw" and "cornea"

this gave 4 responses - 3 of which were the same list of words. This list seems fairly comprehensive. So to win do we have to find two words not on this list.

And erm, why?

Well, it's a game(popularised by the comedian Dave Gorman). The aim of the game is to attempt to find a single result from Google.

And it's more difficult than it looks. You either end up with several hundred (or thousand) hits, or none at all.

In your case, even if the lists of words weren't there, "Wapenshaw" is not in Google's dictionary (it's not blue and underlined at the top of the screen) so that wouldn't count.

Don't be disheartened though, 4 hits at a first effort is pretty good!

I got eight with de-constructed ectasia but then as I tried to refine my search parpameters all I got was lists of words and they are disqualified.

I have to go out to do some work, but I'll probably return to obsess about this later.

This Googlewhack sounds fun but as I've got loads to do this afternoon I'm being very good (for once) and walking away before I get hooked.
