KC Artist types

Postby dullbedsitblogger » Mon 08 Jan 2018 11:45 pm

Hi
I am new to the Group. I am just about to start wearing scleral lenses. I have spent over 15 years not wearing lenses after some fairly negative experiences with GasP Lenses. I also preferred my cosy soft focus world over the Harsh Reality!! AND I enjoy the repetition of night light Halos (mine kinda look like a mixture of a single cell organism and a wrestlers Mask).
I have often tried to draw the Halos but not been very happy with the results. Has anyone been able to get a good representation of their light Halo?

I like to do sketches at gigs. I am a little worried that my lenses may affect my drawing. is that a Thing?

Which are scalar lenses?. My son ( 26) has had KC since 18 years ago. After a bad experience with RGP lenses, and KP gone soar, he lost the left eye. The other eye has a KP for 15 years, but hardly much unassisted sight.
