Bouncy eyes on glasses

Postby Louise Pembroke » Sat 29 Apr 2006 3:18 pm

I've got a pair of glasses with those big eyes on bouncy springs. Think I might wear them next time I go to Moorfields and say, 'I'm having problems getting my lens in'.

My last consltation the optom had one of those soft toy cars.

I asked if it was to help put me at ease considering I have such a love of cars.
Another one a while back another optom came in and took Whinie the Pooh. I shouted after her to look after him and pretended to cry. The kid she was taking the toy too stopped crying and started laughing when she heard a grown man was upset because he had lost his toy :D

Anne, I think you should! Or I could go the whole hog and wear my Borg occular implant and complain of pain in my visual cortex.

Gareth I rather think I might trump you in the toy stakes given I am the proud owner of many dog and hey have their own dog bowl and biscuits and accompany me, talk to others on trains, bark, bite if required...

yes please do Michael! infact I think everyone should come! I could bring some doggies would you like to meet my doggies? We like following cake; chocolate, banana or carrot but it must have the nice butter icing and cream cakes. You can get chocolate covered Bonio biscuits you know, I was told NO because in a desperate moment I would lick the chocolate off and it's true, however the dogs could then eat the biscuits couldn't they?
