Does Marks and Spencer cut the price of Easter Eggs, too? Our Glasgow flat is close to Thorntons, Tesco and Marks and Spencer (they are going to build a new Selfridges at the end of our street). A;; these easter egg options! Good thing I don't eat chocolate until Easter actually arrives!

By the way, chocolate is farily high in Magnesium, so you could say it was medicinal for KC!

Well ... am feeling slightly better now but i really was badly sick yesterday. I guess that eating half of a large choccie egg without food for a while wasn't good as i had palpatations, pins and needles and the whole room was spinning! I even had to leave here early and go to bed!! LOL!! If i was diabetic i would be sure i was having a hyper.

Anyway ...

No more talk of choccie!! It's not even Easter Sunday and i've given up on it already!!!

But everyone enjoy your eggs!!!

Glad to see that you're feeling better. :D

No need to keep away from the choccie - as Andrew said, it is good for our eyes... just don't pig out on it with an otherwise empty stomach.

My 8 year old (Megan) is poorly.
Yesterday she went down with a ear infection. We took her to the out of hours GP and got some antibiotics for her.
In the afternoon she fell asleep and got realy hot and when she woke up she said she felt sick. She went to the kitchen.she then passed out and had a convulsion.
Well she scared me so much that i called a ambulance. They didn't come out (thank goodness) but gave me some advice and contacted my GP, who checked her over.

She is fine now. Last night she said to me "I thought this was meant to be a good Friday"
Bless her

Anne glad that everything is now ok. :D

Children are very susceptible to being poorly with an infection as they aren't fully grown and have lower immune systems, as well as being around more children where infections are easily passed on.

An ear infection can make them feel and be extremely sick, lose balance and with very high temperatures cause convulsions. This is the bodies natural way of trying to cool down.

I am sure that you were told a lot of good advice whilst waiting for these antibiotics to work such as regular calpol to keep the temperature down, keeping cool, loads of fluids etc. Hehe loads of hugs as well as it is no fun being young and so ill. 8) Although i am sure you give her loads anyway!!! :P

Hoping she feels much better soon, as Easter with loads of choccie is certainly NOT the time to be ill!!!

Take care to you both ... Sweet X x X
