Um ...

The Borg would be unable to use their tubules to inject Arnie with the nanoprobes because their boxing gloves would get in the way.

Although their ocular implants would have attended to any weakness in their corneas 8)

Yes our ocular implants do have superior visual acuity though they are not aesthetically pleasing to humans
