Well I had Sunday lunch leftovers!

Made sure the chicken was well done first, having something dodgy is always a good way to help maintain the natural defences.

Anne

You put me in the mood for fish and chips last night, so tonight it's another inch on my waist :D (At least I was able to resist the chocolate temptation that Louise trailled through yetterday's postings)

Hope you enjoy your meal. I had sausage in batter last night Yum. Walked the kids to school extra fast today to burn the calories off. So go for a brisk walk in the morning and you should be fine.

On Thursdays I start at 7.00 am. Then I walk back home up a steep hill for breakfast. I'kk hyst have to sprint up the hill so that I can justify my breakfast.
