You know where to shove that hoover with Michael don't you Anne?!

David - I'm not patriotic, want England to loose, pass me the hammer for foot smashing, and 4 years is too soon for me...can't stand all the St Georges flags and mere hysteria at the sight of a football and endless football merchandise...football shaped bottles of coke.
As for grossly overpaid footballers, cut their salaries in half at least and use the money to do something useful.
Bah humbug.....

Gareth

You are indeed correct...but on the same scale, England should have really have been 4 or 5 - 0 as some key players missed some really easy shots!......

But I do question when they will start playing good!....From a team which has some of the worlds finest players we just never seem to play well collectively!....

And then there's that the guy in the black kit who, rather than playing nicely with the rest of the players, just keeps blowing his whistle and pointing and waving his arms around.....

And damnit, Rooney's foot was still on the news tonight, apears he bashed it again today although sadly *ahem* I mean thankfully, it's all still in one piece

England has never played well in the early stages. Watch them when it gets exciting.

That poor Englisham with his sore foot.

Ouch Louise, that vacuum didn't half hurt  .

I'm sure Anne didn't mean to do it...probably just an unfortunate coincidence.

As it happens I think things are going very well for England.
They are just beginning to show some form (thanks to Rooney and Lennon) and they will I believe get better and better.

FORGET ARGENTINA WHAT ABOUT SPAIN!!!!

Postby DavidF » Fri 16 Jun 2006 1:38 pm

Forget Argentina what about Spain they were brillent on Wednesday.

All I hear is everyone going on about Germany,Brazil or Argentina winning the world Cup.

But I reckon Spain are going to surpise us all and win the World Cup.

Spain destory the Ukraine and have sorced the most goals in one match from all the teams.

So come everyone lets get behind Spain.
