If it's time for reminiscing, I went to see the likes of Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin,Moody Blues, Fairport Convention, James Taylor, Queen & The Who at various places including the Albert & Festival halls when I was a bit - well quite a bit! - younger!

Those were the days.....!

Ok, when I was in my prime I saw the Beatles at Hammersmith Palais, the Kinks in Nottingham and The Strawbs at the Rainbow Theatre.

Pat,
Have you ever been to Fairport's Cropredy festival?
This year is the 40th anniversary and it's on the 9th,10th & 11th August.

It's good fun and if you're interested visit: http://www.fairportconvention.com
where you will be updated as to who will be appearing over the weekend.

Graham and I have only missed one since 1998 and that was in 1999 when we went to Austria to watch the eclipse.

Musically I like anything pre 1990, from Beethoven to the Beatles, Sinatra to the Sex Pistols, the perfect to the ridiculous have you heard Florence Foster Jenkins or the Portsmouth Sinfonia?

However if I had to choose one it wuld have to be the man himself Frank Sinatra.

Lesley.
Live long and Prosper.
