Sweet, you miss my point! It is not that we start paying attention at the age of 40, it is just that when we get to 40 there is a sudden and catastrophic migration of flesh to the newly saggy middle.
I know that women probably do not have any such trouble, women seem to have a comparatively easy transit through life, but when 40 comes to men, the sag is an almost inevitable companion!
It is like the need to start shaving, the need to begin to check for unfortunate cancers to which men (and not women) are prone
, and the need to start gluing the hair back as it falls in hands full from the top of our heads.
Just one of those facts of life!
