I love Reggae, and particularly like the "an' t'ing" sort of punctuation. I think it probably means either :"and so on" or "etcetera",. but it sounds wonderful, expecially when it appears several times in a lyric

west indian english, u should hear some of the accents in NI, being originally from the Republic, even i find them hard to understand!
Clinton was a gentleman - really old in person though. He was there for an official opening of the building - the 'Clinton Peace Centre'. Was a real surreal experience - Men in black suits and ear pieces and the bomb squad outside! lol
