WELL IVE DECIDED TO CHANGE ONE THING THIS YEAR.

ITS EASY TO KEEP TO.

I WILL MAKE SURE I TAKE MY MEDICATION AND I WILL MAKE SURE I ENJOY MY YEAR AND MAKE UP FOR LOST TIME FROM LAST YEAR LOL.

I WILL TRY NOT TO USE MY WEE BROTHER AS A PUNCH BAG.

THATS THE HARD BIT THOUGH.
anyways all you KC people get out there and try things you are scared to do it will amaze you the impact it has on your self esteem and confidence.

lol i have a full size punch bag in my room but its more fun usinng my brother as the punch bag. lol seriously though a punch bag is good gets rid of anger and frustration and a good way of keeping fit.
