He certainly does Sandi!! I've seen him make an appearance once or twice too, he's not a bad player!

New Season - Same Old Tottenham!

Emma,
Do you know, that might be enough to make me switch from my Beloved Spurs to Port Vale!
Robbie is so AMAAAAAAAAAZING!
(Only joking......but I will adopt PV as my second team for this season.)
Gareth,
I remembered the races I was talking about before, the A1. I have seen that a few times on tv and enjoyed it. Unfortunately the noise gets to me after a while tho'.

Hi All,
I will happily watch most sports. I enjoy cricket and have been to some England games, it can be both frustrating and exciting at the same time.
Gareth, we follow the F1 avidly and I have seen a bit of A1 on Sky. I have to say the F1 is a lot less boring this season than it has been for the past few years.
If there is one sport I cannot see the point of it's American Football
all that stopping and starting, it's worse than rugby league!
Hope it's a cood match on Saturday against Everton.
Lesley,

I'm back. Really enjoyed my stay in Dublin. Some odd things, of course, like button to flush the loo behind the lid so you have to lower the lid to flush; hot air dryers in loos adjacent to washbasins so you can't dry your hands until someone has finished washing theirs; 400,000 unacompanied L drivers driving around causing havoc etc.
Probably just as well the site went down over the weekend eh
.
Apart from the Arsenal result I hadn't heard the other ones so you can imagine my delight when I watched the highlights of the Tottenham Everton match. It improved my mood considerably

Michael I'm glad you enjoyed Dublin. I agree it is a bit nerve wracking to see unacommpanied Learner drivers everywhere but I guess it gives them a bit more experience. If I understand correctly from what my son has told me they have to have been driving for six months before they can venture out alone. Can you imagine the chaos if the youngsters learning over here were let loose!
As for Spurs, another blip I fear but on the bright side Sussex won the C&G trophy at Lords.
Lesley.

Hi Lesley, Yes I think they are supposed to be accompanied for the first 6 months but I don't think the law is enforced. Also, I think a test is supposed to be taken within 6 months but if it is failed the driver then drives off and carries on driving as before.
There are plenty of L drivers on the road and I even saw one talking to a police officer and then try and reverse her car, with difficulty , whilst talking on a mobile. The police officer was totally unconcerned by this!
I hear Spurs are about to buy Mido so that may please you.
Sorry Lesley why do you care about Sussex
