FIVE portions?

Please don't make this thread cyclic Anne, we don't want another one making herself sick!

Chocolate in short supply here, food is pretty much organic and vegetarian for the most part.

Hippy food does not sit well with my innards, but am managing to find a small but steady supply of ham in the morning.

I have an interesting reaction to "hippy food". Like everybody else my age I spend about a decade pretending that I like lentil rissoles and going about in a constant cloud of expelled gas. I probably contributed to the hole in the ozone layer.

Rather than just being vegetarian which does consist of a varied diet and the food is quite nice.

So far breakfast has been museli, lunch has been a couple of whole meal bread roles and evening meal something based on whole meal flower and spinich.

We have live on this for four days and drink consists of water.

Would be five, but we visited some friends and had normal food. All of which was organic and vegetarian, but very tastey and thoroughly enjoyable.

The food is not as healthy as you may think, diet is not balanced, taking in far more fat than I should and salt is added to everything. My diet was changed in January for medical reasons, increase dairy products but watch the fat and certainly no added salt or I would get my kidney problems back. They are certainly taking a pounding because although we have watre to drink, it is in short supply!

We would not haveto cut much out of our diet to be on bread and water alone.

Jayboi's diet is looking more appealing everytime I log on!

How does your little one (is it Gemma) cope with the food?
