Hi all... i'm new, from uk, 35 and had Keratoconus (diagnosed) for about 5 years. Never really felt the need to be on anything like this until i woke up this morning and didnt have the ability to see out of one of my eyes due to hydrops having occured.

I use hybrid lenses, part soft part solid gell, and only wear them in my left eye as my right was always too badly scared to get any benefit from using one anyway, however now the right one is clouded and effectively blind im curious to see how hydrops has effected people, anyone got any experience? do you still drive? im a massive petrol head and would be gutted if this effected my driving... and my work.

thanks for reading, hope i can get some answers, cheers.

Hi :) I'm pretty new here too, welcome.

I also drive as part of my job, I can only drive with contacts and sunglasses. As for night driving I do it although I shouldn't as haloing is really bad, a lot of night driving for me is guesswork but I have to do it or lose my job.
