Hi everyone I live in london and I need to get some hard contact lenses, could you tell me of a specialist to go to.
Also i heard that a consultation and lenses can be quite expensive, do you guys have any idea how much? Could I go to somewhere like vision express?
Thank you for your time

Hello Lahiru, welcome to the forum.
You've not said whereabouts in London you live - it's a big place!
I would expect that you should be able to get RGP corneal lenses (if that's what you're after) at any high street Opticians, but you may well find that the longer chair-time you may need will be best delivered from an Optician who is not a High Street name.
As for costs, it's been a couple of years since I wore these lenses, but I was paying about £50-60 per lens - with no charge for replacement lenses due to non-fitting (as KCers tend to go through a number of lenses before finding a decent fit).
Best of luck.

Depends on lens type, but Expect to pay
£20 for Eye Exam
£25 - £75 for fitting (generally charged per hour)
£50-£250 depending on lens type (Rose K to Scleral)
Hope that helps
