These are the scans for my right eye, which is a weak lazy eye.

Hi Munster, "congratulations" (maybe not exactly the right word !), you're on the borderline between "moderate" and "severe" Keratoconus.

The assessment is usually based on the following criteria:

The steepness of greatest curvature (Kmax, or "Km" in the model of topographer that was used for the report you attached) from 'mild' (< 45 D), 'advanced' (up to 52 D) or 'severe' (> 52 D) -- you just tipped into 52D in your "bad eye"

The morphology of the cone: 'nipple' (small: 5 mm and near-central), 'oval' (larger, below-centre and often sagging), or 'globus' (more than 75% of cornea affected) -- not sure about that, a professional would have to give the correct type of cone as I'm not sure where the boundaries are

The corneal thickness from mild (> 506 μm) to advanced (< 446 μm) -- again, your bad eye is almost in the "advanced" but both eyes are pretty similar ("Pachy min" is the notation used in the report for this brand of topographic measuring equipment)

Cheers

Chris
