Nope, I use Clinitas Soothe: excellent artificial tears that are free of preservatives.
Others, I know, get good results from other products: I guess it comes down to each of us finding the preparation that is right for us.

My favourite at the moment is Carbomer gel. That looks to be a US product so doubt many people here will have used it

Thera tears was recommended to me by Brendan Cronin at MREH.
As well as the eye drops you can also digest the capsules as a supplement.

I tried Systane as I could get my GP to prescribe them, but they seem to irritate my eye, but I have lots of allergies, but they may work for you - and you can get them on the NHS. They are available in a bottle or as individual ampule - great for keeping in your pocket/bag
