Nope, I use Clinitas Soothe: excellent artificial tears that are free of preservatives.
Others, I know, get good results from other products: I guess it comes down to each of us finding the preparation that is right for us.

My favourite at the moment is Carbomer gel. That looks to be a US product so doubt many people here will have used it

Re: Dry eyes - thera tears
Thera tears was recommended to me by Brendan Cronin at MREH.
As well as the eye drops you can also digest the capsules as a supplement.
Some of the customer reviews here as very encouraging:-

Other than by the internet are there any retail outlets where you can purchase these products in the UK?

Hi
I tried Systane as I could get my GP to prescribe them, but they seem to irritate my eye, but I have lots of allergies, but they may work for you - and you can get them on the NHS. They are available in a bottle or as individual ampule - great for keeping in your pocket/bag
