Eye redness post CXL 1 month

Am from Singapore and had CXL (epi taken off)for my both eyes 30 days back. Doctors advised to reduce the FML (Fluorometholone) drops in 4th week. when i stopped my right eye got red and had medium pain.
On visiting doctor the next day, i had been told that the eyes are healing perfect and asked to continue the FML for another 4 weeks. In 2 days the right eye is back to normal and got the same in left eye. Doctors advised to continue the FML for left eye also.

Any one please tell me is this common on healing process and anything to worry.
