Rubbing eye

I woke up this morning half asleep and started rubbing my eye for the first time since I've ha my graft done! I'm three months post graft now, I didn't feel any pain really and it's been okay since just wondering if anyone else has done this and something has gone wrong?

Hiya - I had my graft 14 months ago and rubbing is still something I have to fight myself about - half the time it's subconscious which doesn't help. Thankfully I don't seem to have ever caused any damage. The good thing is you became aware that you were doing it which is the best way to stop it. Persevere. Just what out for soreness afterwards or getting into a cycle . Good luck.
