Hi Everyone,
Well, following my last post where I was discussing my options and the fact I didn't think specsavers were any good for me, I have now found an optician who specialises in KC!!!
I did a little research and found a local opticians who have over 30 patients in the area with KC - she even told me she was surprised my consultant at the eye clinic hadn't mentioned them and referred me direct to them.
They have lots of different lenses I can try includung roseK lenses. The also have a fantastic after care plan for hospital patients.
The best news is, there is a branch just up from my work (they only have the 2) which will cut down in my travel time for appints as I can fit it in when at work!!
So I have made an appoint for next (at eye clinis on Tuesday) and hopefully will get on a bit better.
How sad to be excited over an eye test lol!!!
