Holiday advice

Bit of a strange one compared to the other posts I guess. But I just need some general advice about precautions to take on my hols. I was meant to see my consultant before I go, but the appointment has been pushed back.
Basically, after I had my graft (over 2 years ago - still got stitches) I was given a brief list of things to avoid. You know, things like blows to the head, such as in contact sports.
I know I should be OK to swim, and I've got my polarised sunglasses to try and keep any blowing sand at bay. (I'm presuming I'm OK to fly on a plane - I'm alright on that count aren't I!?!)
But what about things like banana boats and rollercoasters? Am I OK to go on them?
I'm not going to be careless, the last thing I need is eye problems so far away from home.
I haven't bothered wearing my lens for my other eye for a long time, so that won't be a problem.
I was just wondering what other people have been told following their grafts?
Thanks in advance.
Rob.
