had a check up earlier today,

short version, right eye now has the start of a cataract on it, lid disease and some other thing starting with ble that i cant remember the rest of or see my phone as to what it is called.

left eye is uber dry and infected some how,

ugh.

just a few drops and ointments to take.

sigh.

Oh Dear its not sounding great but dont panic!
Your eyelid problem sounds like Blepharitis.It can be treated easily using lid wipes and many other methods of treatment.If the Blepharitis can be improved it should also make a significant difference to your dry eye problem. I amassuming your ophthalmologist or optometrist has recomended a course of treatment which you should try your best to follow.
Keep us posted with your progress.

thanks for the reply, yeah found where I had left my phone adn is what you said Graeme.

and yup did get a treatment plan outlined as well, now to hope it does something for the dry eye.
