Hi Touches,
T-cat and PRK aren't the same, but I'm afraid I don't have the medical knowledge to explain the difference - maybe someone else can. From the posts I've read here, I think it's quite normal for vision to be hazy in the first few days after crosslinking and this should gradually clear. I hope things work out well for you.

Hi Touches

As Anne says, the procedure results in some blurring for a short time as the corneas settles down. PRK is basically reshaping the cornea with laser while T-CAT is smoothing to reduce the distortion.

Hi thanks all for your replies.. I got it done on my left eye a month ago.. Vision so far remains the same as before pre-op. the doctor too has told thers is not going to be any significant improvement in vision.. So am just hoping for any new treatment that can rid off KC once and for all
