i cant believe i will end up having corneal transplant ,my eye get pain full if i were the piggybacks,.not far.stress out.

Oh no, I am sorry this sounds really bad. Have you reduced your wearing time, or used any eye drops at all? Are your eyes drying out or painful all the time?
Piggy backing is a solution when wearing a lens is painful, so this is not good if you can't wear them anymore. I am sorry if you are going to need a graft, but you are going to get load of support here.
