i did some research and i find the following technique (Intacs,Ferrera,Keraring,Intacs SK..)
what is the difference between these rings which one are the best till now i don't have the answer ..

pinched from wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keratoconus) here is their explanation of the differences;
The principal intrastromal ring available is known by the trade name of Intacs. Internationally, Ferrara Rings are also available. Intacs are a patented technology and are placed outside the optical zone versus the smaller prismatic Ferrara rings that are placed just inside the 5 mm optical zone

It would appear that there is little difference between each, mainly branding/patenting and slightly different positioning. I think it depends on a surgoens professional and personal choices
